In 1497 the composer Josquin des Prez wrote a music piece for his deceased mentor Johannes Ockeghem. This execution comes 500 years later made by Cappella Amsterdam who has asked me to direct a movie for them to accompany this beautiful piece about greaving, death and being grateful. A journey of letting go and accepting death and grieve. A journey of freeing yourself and the deceased.
